Cemetery Board St Paul’s United Church of Christ Annual Report 2015 Cemetery Board election was held. Carl Lowe will continue as President and Christi Holston as Secretary and Judie Popp was elected Treasurer. Darren Deutsche, Gary Ramirez and Rachel White have agreed to remain involved as advisors. Lawn Care companies were contacted to place bids. Garcia & Sons Landscaping was selected and employed for the 2015 mowing season. We are not happy with their service and have decided to explore other solution for 2016. We will be accepting bids for lawn care in February 2016, and are also revisiting the option of owning our […]

Cemetery Report 2014 The Cemetery Board includes Carl Lowe as President, Christi Holston as Secretary and Gary Ramirez as Treasurer.  Darren Deutsche & Rachel White remain as consultants. The first man who vandalized the cemetery served 34 days in jail, with 36 months probation and paid the cemetery $1,500.00 in restitution.  The second man has been sentenced to 30 months in jail and the juvenile was sentenced to 200 hours of community service. There were four burials this year. The cemetery passed the State of Illinois inspection. The cemetery bank accounts continue to be financially sound. Respectfully submitted Carl Lowe, President

St. Paul’s UCC of Monee 2012 Cemetery Board Report A new Cemetery Board was elected which included Carl Lowe as President, Christi Holston as Secretary and Gary Ramirez as Treasurer. Darren Deutsche agreed to remain involved as a consultant along with Rachel White. Rachel has completed the task of going through the cemetery records clarifying the burial plots of those interred at St. Paul’s cemetery. St Paul’s UCC of Monee 2011 Cemetery Board Report     A new Cemetery Board was elected which included John Ireland-President, Mary Brockmiller-Secretary and Christi Holston-Treasurer.  Darren Deutsche agreed to remain involved as a consultant and bring the Board up to speed on the practices and procedures of cemetery maintenance, record keeping and proper protocol when a death occurs.  Darren has been instrumental in keeping the cemetery running smoothly for years and continues to take care of daily oversight.  Rachel White is serving as a consultant as well.  She is going through the written cemetery records and clearing up any discrepancies in the files.  She is also clarifying the records of burial […]
